Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Little L is not liable for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier.
